Acuity Insurance Announces 21 Promotions

A large number of employees at Acuity Insurance now have new job titles. In total, 21 workers received promotions at the Sheboygan County-based agency.

Becky Falzone is promoted to Manager – Central Claims. She started her Acuity career in January 2012 as a Central Claims Representative and joined Field Claims in 2014. Becky graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management-organizational leadership. She holds the Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) designations and completed the Claims College School of Transportation, School of Litigation Management, and School of Mediation. Becky resides in Chicago, Illinois.

Jennifer Schill is promoted to Senior Staff Accountant – Reporting. Jennifer started her Acuity career in June 2015 as a Staff Accountant – Reporting. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lakeland University and holds the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. Jennifer resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

David Amos is promoted to Commercial Underwriter. David joined Acuity in September 2019 as a Central Claims Representative. He received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Troy University. David resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Holly Haensgen is promoted to Commercial Underwriter. Holly started her Acuity career in May 2016 as a Billing Customer Specialist. She was promoted to Licensed Agent – Multiline in July 2017. Holly studied family consumer science at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She resides in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Jeremy Senkbeil is promoted to Commercial Underwriter. Jeremy joined Acuity in September 2018 as a Commercial Processor. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakeland University. Jeremy resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Peter Worth is promoted to Senior Field Claims Representative. Peter started his Acuity career in June 2011 as a Central Claims Representative. He was promoted to Senior Claims Representative in 2015, and Field Claims Representative in May 2018. He graduated from Lakeland College with a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. Peter and his family reside in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Jennifer Beringer is promoted to Senior Business Analyst. She started her Acuity career in June 2015 as a Commercial Processor and was promoted to Business Analyst in February 2018. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Matt Hasler is promoted to Senior Business Analyst. Matt joined Acuity in June 2015 as a Commercial Underwriter and was promoted to Business Analyst in June 2018. He graduated from Carroll University with a major in mathematics and a minor in business finance. Matt resides in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

Jami Ehlenbeck is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. Jami joined Acuity in January 2018 as a Central Claims Representative. She received an associate’s degree in medical administration from Fox Valley Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise and fitness from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Jami furthered her education by earning a Certified Claims Professional (CCP) designation. She resides in Kiel, Wisconsin.

Stephen Nelson is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. Stephen started his Acuity career in January 2018 as a Central Claims Representative. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin University and holds a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation. Stephen resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Brent Vreeke is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. Brent started at Acuity in January 2019 as a Central Claims Representative and joined the Storm/Catastrophe Claims Team in January 2020. Brent is a graduate of Lakeshore Technical College with a degree in criminal justice. He is a lifetime resident of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Nicole Brasser is promoted to Senior Field Claims Representative. Nicole started her Acuity career in June 2014 as a Central Claims Representative. She was promoted to Staff Claims Consultant in January 2017 and Field Claims Representative in June 2019. Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master of business administration and a master’s certificate in leadership from Marquette University. She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), Associate in Claims–Management (AIC-M), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) professional designations. Nicole resides in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Joey Devora is promoted to Senior Field Claims Representative. Joey joined Acuity in September 2020 as a Field Claims Representative. He received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Joey resides in Abilene, Texas.

Alex Kryscio is promoted to Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative (Indemnity). Alex joined Acuity in June 2016 as a Commercial Processor and was promoted to Workers’ Compensation Medical Claims Representative in August 2019. Alex studied baking and pastry arts at the Art Institute of Wisconsin. She resides in Beechwood, Wisconsin.

Jeni Reinwand is promoted to Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative. Jeni started her Acuity career in January 2000 as a co-op student employee in both Central Claims and Workers’ Compensation. She studied at the University of Wisconsin–Sheboygan and was hired as a Clerk and Payment Processor. Jeni was later promoted to Medical Claims Representative and then Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative. She resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Michelle Neustel is promoted to Purchasing and Travel Coordinator. Michelle joined Acuity in September 2018 as a Commercial Processor. She resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Rachel Vreeke is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. Rachel started her Acuity career in January 2018 as a Billing Customer Service Representative. She later moved into the role of Collections Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Central Claims Representative in August 2019. Rachel is a Lakeshore Technical College graduate with an associate’s degree in human resources administration. She resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Ryan Baemmert is promoted to Programmer Analyst. Ryan joined Acuity in January 2020 as a Programmer. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in computer science (comprehensive). Ryan resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Jack Collins is promoted to Programmer Analyst. Jack joined Acuity in January 2020 as a Programmer. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a major in computer science and minor in mathematics. Jack resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Anna Risch is promoted to Senior Benefits Specialist. Anna started her Acuity career in May 2019 as a Benefits Specialist. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources management from Lakeland University and holds SHRM-CP and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designations. Anna resides in Sheboygan, WI.
