Manitowoc County Criminal Court Records

Felony

Christopher M. Lesjack, 40, Manitowoc, possession of methamphetamine on 10/22/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eighteen (18) months. Conditions of probation: 1) AODA assessment and follow through; 2) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 3) Pay court costs; 4) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 5) provide DNA sample; 6) maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 7) maintain absolute sobriety; 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same.

Christopher A. Tueffel, 51, Appleton, manufacture/ deliver amphetamine on 3/12/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of ten (10) years, five (5) years initial confinement, followed by five (5) years extended supervision, concurrent with any sentence defendant is presently serving. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 5) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling combination; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Submit DNA sample; 9) Reimburse Metro Drug Unit $300.00 buy money. Defendant does not have any sentence credit. Court finds the defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program but is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program.

Misdemeanor

Jennifer B. Odekirk, 53, Manitowoc, OWI (2nd) on 2/15/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, the defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for one hundred (100) days, under the Huber Law, commencing on 04-26-22 at 5:00 p.m. $600.00 fine plus costs, plus $20.00 blood draw fee imposed, total of $1,764.00, to be paid by 05-22-22 or 34 days county jail for failure to pay. Eighteen (18) month DL revocation and period of Ignition Interlock ordered. Alcohol assessment ordered. The defendant has credit for 1 day.

 Jennifer B. Odekirk, 53, Manitowoc, criminal damage to property-domestic abuse, battery-domestic abuse, bail jumping and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 1/18/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) AODA assessment and follow through; 2) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 3) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 5) Have no contact with the victim, R.J.S., DOB: 03-31-1960; 6) Spend six (6) months in the county jail, under the Huber Law, on count 1 only, stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the court; 7) Pay court costs; 8) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) maintain absolute sobriety. The defendant has credit for 2 days, if revoked.

 Kristin R. Scherer, 42, Manitowoc, OWI (3rd) on 4/20/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, the Court sentences the defendant to the Manitowoc County Jail for nine (9) months, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. The defendant has credit of 175 days. The Court orders a civil judgment for any unpaid court-ordered financial obligations.

Charles R. Handl, 39, Fond du Lac, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 1/14/22, Guilty plea, $543.00 court costs imposed, to be paid by 05-21-22 or 11 days. Submit DNA sample.

Larry I. McGee Jr., 25, Manitowoc, operate w/o valid license (2nd w/in 3 yrs.) on 10/23/19, Guilty plea, $100 fine plus costs, total $579 to be paid by 05-21-2022 or 11 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.

Larry I. McGee Jr., 25, Manitowoc, operate w/o valid license (3rd+ w/in 3yrs) on 11/20/19, Guilty plea, $150 fine plus costs, total $642 to be paid by 05-21-2022 or 13 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.

Larry I. McGee Jr., 25, Manitowoc, operate w/o valid license (3rd+ w/in 3yrs) on 12/22/19, Guilty plea, $200 fine plus costs, total $705 to be paid by 05-21-2022 or 14 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.

Larry I. McGee Jr., 25, Manitowoc, bail jumping on 1/18/20, Guilty plea, Costs, total $443 to be paid by 05-21-2022 or 9 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.

Jenna Marie Freberg, 25, Green Bay, possession of THC on 4/9/21, Guilty plea, $50.00 fine plus costs, total of $563.25, to be paid by 05-16-22 or 11 days county jail for failure to pay. DNA sample ordered. Expungement is ordered under Section 973.015 upon successful completion of the sentence. The Court finds that the defendant will benefit and society will not be harmed by expungement in this matter.

Christopher M. Lesjack, 40, Manitowoc, operate after revocation on 3/17/21, Guilty plea, $300.00 fine plus costs, total of $831.00, to be paid by 05-15-22 or 16 days county jail for failure to pay. DNA sample ordered.

Jefferson D. Harris, 32, Two Rivers, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 10/31/21, Guilty plea, $100.00 fine plus costs, total of $679.00, to be paid by 05-23-22 or 14 days county jail for failure to pay. DNA sample ordered.

Christopher Lee Rentmeester, 41, Plymouth, battery-domestic abuse on 11/21/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Seek and maintain fulltime employment, schooling, treatment, or combination to equal fulltime; 5) No contact with the victim H.H.; 6) Spend thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, Under the Huber Law. Imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit to DNA sample and pay for the same. The court finds that the defendant has three (3) days sentence credit.

Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Seek and maintain fulltime employment, schooling, treatment, or combination to equal fulltime; 5) No contact with the victim H.H.; 6) Spend thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, Under the Huber Law. Imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court (20CF919); 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit to DNA sample and pay for the same. The court finds that the defendant has four (4) days sentence credit.

Steven J. Holt, 29, Manitowoc, possess drug paraphernalia as party to a crime on 1/8/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, $100.00 fine plus costs, total of $579.00, to be paid by 05-18-22 or 11 days county jail for failure to pay. DNA sample ordered.

Zenaido Higinio Sanchez, 30, Manitowoc, OWI (3rd) on 4/14/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court sentences the defendant to the Manitowoc County Jail for one hundred fifty (150) days, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. $1,800.00 fine plus costs, plus $20.00 blood draw fee imposed, total of $3,284.00, to be paid by 05-22-22 or 65 days county jail for failure to pay. Thirty (30) month DL revocation ordered. Thirty (30) month period of Ignition Interlock ordered. DNA sample ordered. Alcohol assessment ordered.
