That is three (3) years initial confinement followed by four (4) years extended supervision, on each count, concurrent and concurrent with any other sentence presently being served. Wilson, 23, Two Rivers, possess narcotics with intent to deliver, possess heroin with intent to deliver and bail jumping on 7/21/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, on count 1, the Court reviews the Deferred Judgment Agreement and will approve it one the approval form is submitted by the State. On counts 2 & 3, sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years. Jordan E. Meisner, 21, Manitowoc, possess fentanyl with intent to deliver on 7/22/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Spend twelve (12) months in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the court; 2) Participate in, comply with and successfully complete Manitowoc County Drug Court; 3) Any other counseling, treatment, assessments as recommended by the agent; 4) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 5) Pay court costs; 6) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) provide DNA sample; 8) maintain absolute sobriety from alcohol and drugs; except for prescribed medications taken in prescribed doses; 9) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 10) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling or work search; subject to the agent’s discretion; 11) Defendant is to remain in custody, as a condition of probation, until her release is requested by Don Sweet, Manitowoc County Drug Court Coordinator. The defendant currently has credit for 174 days, if revoked.

Meisner, 21, Manitowoc, manufacture and deliver schedule I, II narcotics on 7/12/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years. Ricardo Gamez, 47, Two Rivers, possess narcotics-2nd and subsequent offense on 9/21/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence Withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Spend forty-five (45) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the court; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 4) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 5) Provide DNA sample; 6) Pay court costs of $518.00. Cash bail applied; 7) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) pay restitution to Kohl’s from 18 CM 223, in the amount of $141.73. To be paid from cash bail; 9) maintain absolute sobriety; 10) maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination. Defendant has credit for 144 days, if revoked.

Paul R. Jung, 33, Two Rivers, retail theft-intentional take on 1/19/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court sentences the defendant to the Manitowoc County Jail for ten (10) months, under the Huber Law, concurrent with any other sentence presently being served. The defendant has credit for 90 days. The Court further orders a judgment for any unpaid court ordered financial obligations.

Clarksen, 32, Manitowoc, deliver schedule II narcotics (oxycodone) on 2/12/18, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years.
