Marian Kareen “Sis” Moyer, age 77, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022 at her residence in Hayward, WI. She was born on June 5, 1944 in Stone Lake, WI, the daughter of Carl and Irma (Harriman) Lindell.
Sis worked for several years as a cashier at the LCO Casino. She lovingly opened her home as a foster parent for over 13 years. She enjoyed bowling, softball and a good game of bingo. Sis enjoyed a good cup of coffee with friends and often shared a good morning greeting with family and friends via social media. Sis loved spending time with her family and stories around a bonfire.
She is survived by her children, Yvonne Moyer of Superior, WI, Todd (Paula) Moyer of Brainerd, MN, and Jodi (Jay) Snow of Green Bay, WI; her grandchildren, Josh, Kaylee, Chloe, Allison, Garrett, Elizabeth, Abigail and Molly; ten great-grandchildren; her sister, Patricia Montgomery of Stone Lake, WI; her brother, Myron “Butch” (Vera) Lindell of Stone Lake, WI; many nieces, nephews and dear friends; and her loving dog, Mitzy.
In addition to her parents, Sis is preceded in death by her siblings, Arlene, Eugene, Clint, Betty Jane and Carol; and a special friend, Bud.
Services will be announced later this spring.
