Robert G. “Bob” Schweninger
1970-2022
KENOSHA – Robert G. “Bob” Schweninger, 51, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Aurora Medical Center.
Born in Milwaukee, on June 22, 1970, he was the son of Ronald Joseph and Louise Catherine (Fortier) Schweninger. He graduated from Brainerd High School in Minnesota, in 1988.
On April 30, 1994, he married Tara Mae Gascoigne at St. Mary Catholic Church.
Bob worked as a bus driver for First Student for 26 years. He enjoyed his job, especially driving the little kids. He was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan and enjoyed playing computer games.
Survivors include his wife, Tara Schweninger; three sons: Ronald Samuel, Jacob Nicholas, and Gabriel Thomas George Schweninger; mother, Louise Schweninger; four brothers: Steven (Dawn), Joseph (Sarah), Andrew (Kristine) and Jeff Schweninger; five nephews: Steven, Jr., Christopher, A.J., Ethan, and Paul; and a niece, Caprice. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Schweninger; his maternal and paternal grandparents; aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Proko Funeral Home, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
